Web SMS - Upload And Send

The Upload and Send service allows you to send messages to recipient numbers uploaded from a Text or Microsoft Excel file. You can also personallise the message sent to each recipient.

How to use the Upload And Send service:

This is a standard service available on all messaging accounts. To use the service click on Send SMS to go to the Send SMS page in the normal way. Click on the Upload Recipients... button and follow the on-screen prompts.

Supported upload types:

Upload Recipient Numbers Only	Upload a file containing a list of recipient numbers only. All recipients will receive an identical message.
Upload Recipient Numbers and Personalised Message	Upload a file containing recipient numbers and a personalised message for each recipient.
Upload Recipient Numbers and Multiple Data Fields	Upload a file containing recipient numbers and data fields. The data fields are combined with the template to create a personalised message for each recipient.

Support File Formats:

.txt	Plain Text File (ASCII and Unicode)
.csv	CSV (Command Seperated Values) Files. This provides support for none-Microsoft spreadsheet programs
.xls .xlsx	Microsoft Excel (All Versions))
