This is only happening on one machine (the one that it actually needs to work on of course).

The machine is running 32bit XP Pro sp3 and Outlook 2007. The pst is stored on a network share the user has full share and NTFS rights to. The contact list is correct in Outlook but when you open the Add-in and click the To: button an outdated contact list appears. The Add-in has been uninstalled and re-installed and is the latest version (3.1)

Any ideas?

Thanks

To confirm, the Outlook addin does not attempt to keep copies of your address books. It requests the latest copy of the address book from your system every time it is displayed.

First of all, please check that you are not viewing the wrong address book.

Please make sure the address book you have selected is the one you want to use.

If your Outlook Contact Group/Folder is not visible then you will need to do the following:
1) Right click on the Outlook Contact Group/Folder
2) Select Properties
3) Select the 'Outlook Address Book' tab
4) Select the 'Show this folder as an e-mail address book' checkbox
5) Click 'OK'

I resolved the problem.

The problem stemmed from the fact that I renamed the contact groups rather than deleted\recreated them The Add-in takes the name specified in the 'Name of the address book:' field on the 'Outlook Address Book tab' and this name had not changed when I renamed the folder. I still have 2 phantom contact groups but I guess this is to do with Outlook and not the Add-in.

Thanks for the prompt reply.
