Hi,

We have been using the PHP API with one of our support ticketing systems and we found out that SMS alerts sent from the ticketing system were not delivered, however only messages to UK mobiles get delivered and messages sent to one Sri Lankan mobile provider is never getting delivered, the strange problem is that intelli SMS account portal confirms messages are delivered to sri lankan mobiles, I tried to send using the account portal and we still don't receive the text messages.

Can some one help us please.

Could you please send detailed information to help us look into your issue:

1. Your username on our system
2. Phone number(s) you were sending to
3. The mobile network for each recipient number(s)
4. The time you sent the message(s) (as indicated on the 'SMS Sent' page)
