international sms message full phone number format

when i use web sms and I'm creating a new íSMS message to Hungary, what is the phone number that I should use? I mean, how the number shoud l start? country code 36, city code 1? Example 36-1-xxx-xxxx?

You need to start your message with the country code, e.g. 36xxxxxxxxx
